WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been dispatched and is on it's way. 

Orders may be sent in multiple packages due to the order size.

We offer free delivery on all UK orders and use Standard UK shipping which takes between 2-5 working days.

Delivery to Europe usually takes 5-7 working days

Worldwide delivery usually takes between 7-14 working days

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship worldwide from the UK. All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products as they are printed to order.

We do our best to ensure all items will arrive with you safely and in perfect condition however in the unlikely event that your item does arrive damaged in any way/you have received an incorrect poster, please email us at adornyourwalls1@gmail.com with the following information ASAP:

*Order number 
*Customer name 
*Item name
*Attach a photo of the issue and a photo of the packaging 

We aim to respond to all customer queries within 3 working days.

 

DO THE POSTERS COME WITH FRAMES?

Our posters come unframed. We offer a range of poster frames on our website which can be purchased in addition.  We offer a range of poster frames on our website available to purchase.

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTERS PRINTED ON?

Our A5 - A3 sized posters are printed on premium 300gsm Silk Cardstock and our larger posters are semi-gloss silk paper which provides a stunning finish and is of premium quality which will last the test of time.
